export_msa¶
The export_msa will export the untrimmed archaeal or bacterial MSA used in the reference data.
Arguments¶
usage: gtdbtk export_msa --domain {arc,bac} --output OUTPUT [--debug] [-h]
required named arguments¶
- --domain
Possible choices: arc, bac
domain to export
- --output
output file
Named Arguments¶
- --debug
create intermediate files for debugging purposes
